Former Student lands Leading Role in Feature Film

Former Blessed William Howard student, Jack Myatt from Gailey, has landed the starring role in a feature film due to be released at the end of this month. 'Yours Accidentally" is a creative and artistic film created for major film festivals around the world.

Director, Steven Forrester, who worked on the Harry Potter films and is currently working on 'Silent Witness' cast Jack in the lead role and believes it may lead to even bigger and better things.  In the film, Jack plays a man called Luke Jacobs who has a chance encounter with a mysterious woman: it is a romantic drama with a difference.

At the age of thirteen Jack joined the Stafford Gatehouse Youth Theatre where he performed in various shows.  As his passion grew he then took on lead roles in school productions as well.

After leaving BWH Sixth Form,  Jack pursued a career in acting / modelling with the help of his agents Mark Summers and Alan Sharman.  Jack's back catalogue includes roles starring in TV adverts and becoming an extra for feature roles in the BBC series, Doctors, as well as modelleing for TopMan and Forever 21.

"I am delighted to have been the opportunity to star in this film, as it will mean a great deal of exposure amongst some very influential people.

"It was also a great experience and I loved working with someone as talented as Steven Forrester.” said Jack.
