New online payment and communication system
In a bid to make life simpler for our parents, BWH has signed up with ParentPay allowing all parental communications and payments to be consolidated in one area.
Already used in nearly 3000 schools and by 165 local authorities, ParentPay is the proven online payment solution trusted by more schools than all other system combined. ParentPay can notify parents of new items, send payment reminders or create detailed trip letters specific to each user.
Parents access their own secure account with items for payment, online menus, and a calendar for making bookings, payment history, meal account statements and children’s meal choices – all in one place accessed through a single login. All parent payments can be made on one transaction no matter which bank account is receiving the funds, or how many items are paid for.
